Horrible guests with extremely poor communication, the worst guest I have ever welcomed. (Note: Airbnb is not the main source of my reservations.) There was a technical issue with wifi from service provider. Several offers were proposed to resolve the issue, including a pre-paid internet sim with unlimited wifi package. So the phone can have access to internet at all time or can act as a hotspot to share internet to laptops. The offers were turned down with no reason given while he kept texting to complain. "I will not do it" was always the answer. Several calls were made attempting to resolve the situation but they were not picked up. Only complaints are texted from time to time with refusal on any kind of offer and not even talk to resolve the issue together. After countless attempts to resolve the issue, I had no clue on how to please him. At check out time, I found out that the given internet sim was broken but I was so give up to get in touch with that kind of guests, not worth my time. And as expected, I was rated 1 star from his visit. I regret having him as my guests It was very annoying communication and time wasting. Not worth the rental at all. If any host would like to welcome him, be prepared on any unexpected stubborn action.
