Villa Oltremar is settled in avery quiet area of the island,immersed in the pine forest two steps from the sea.The villa has a large garden with a outground pool,lounge bar,bbq area,a large terrace with sofas for wonderful dinners with sea view.

The villa is located in a strategic position. Immersed for half 'in the private pine forest and half facing the sea,easy walking from Cala En Baster,one of the most beautiful and less known coves, and 2 km from the most typical village:San Ferran.The most known beaches are also easy reachable.The villa can accommodate up to 8 people: it has 4 double bedrooms all with air conditioning and private bathrooms.Thanks to the presence of beautiful and big terraces, the guests always interact with the outside:one on the roof with a view that captures the whole island and a covered sea view with table and sofa to enjoy the view and the breeze. Inside it is equipped with every comfort and furnished in an original rustic ethnic style.
