Walkable area

This area is easy to get around.
The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. There are 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, a master bedroom and an office than can be converted into a second bedroom using a quality air mattress upon request. Two additional people can fit on the couch. There are 2 sizeable walk-in closets.

Only a 7 minute drive from Purdue campus and right in the heart of downtown Lafayette, a short walk from Main street restaurants and bars. I have suggestions listed in my guidebook.

The space
This is a clean and modern condo with 1 bedroom and an office than can be converted to a second bedroom, a large kitchen equipped for cooking and an in unit washer/dryer.

There is 2-hour street parking around the unit and a paid parking lot behind the building (free from 6PM-8AM daily and over the weekend). If walking to Purdue University, there is a beautiful pedestrian bridge a block north of the building.

Guest access
Accessing the unit will depend on if you choose to utilize the attached parking unit or not.

If you park in the garage, you drive to the 5th floor (the very top) and access the building through the walkway with a code.

If you don't stay in the garage, you can access the building through the alley between the building and the parking garage using a code.

Access codes will be shared after the reservation is confirmed.
