The resort assigns the room # and floor level at check in. An ocean view may be requested, but cannot be guaranteed.

The reservation at the resort will be placed in the name on your government ID. The address on your ID will be required after booking-to provide to the resort for confirmation and security verification at check in.

The resort collects the Hawaiian Transient Accommodation Tax at check in of approximately $15 per day.

NOTICE:
The ramp in the hotel tower and poolside terrace are undergoing construction; intermittent noise and activity can be expected between 9 am - 5 pm. Ocean and garden view villas more likely to be impacted.
There are no cooking facilities inside the resort, however, gas grills are available for guests to use outdoors.
