Close to Newfoundland Multiuse Trail, grocery, marina and everything Lewisporte has to offer. This spacious home has been newly updated and fully furnished with the finest décor, furniture, bedding, and amenities for your vacation enjoyment.

The space
Look no further for a relaxing adventure!

Featuring an awesome kitchen, with upgraded appliances including Jenn Air counter top stove. The living area has new furniture including a large sectional and a 65'' TV with cable and a mini split for the perfect temperature regardless of season. The deck is just off the dining area with deck furniture and a BBQ or you can sit out front for late day sun. The rec room has a power reclining couch, propane stove and wall mounted TV. There is a jetted tub, laundry and storage room with lots of place to store equipment or outerwear during your stay. For convenience there's also a covered side entrance to the rec room from the outside.

Upstairs there is a master with king size bed, large walk in closet and entrance to the main bath which has an upgraded shower and double sink. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third room is an office space but can also be used for extra sleeping area.A beautiful 2 bedroom home very well located just off Main street in the center of Lewisporte near everything! For convenience it is within walking distance to the supermarket, convenience / liquor store and if you were to press on for just 1 km, you find yourself at the beautiful Lewisporte marina, near a local coffee shop and bakery.

For a quiet stroll, or run, mountain bike, ATV or snowmobile, Railbeds is surrounded by trees in a park like setting with lots of privacy and sits right on the old trans - NL train track that can take you anywhere from East to West in the province. Its a local multi use trail for walkers, bicycles and recreational vehicles. With plenty of room to roll up and offload your toys with a trailer, this is the perfect spot to start your adventure in any season in Central Newfoundland. Lots of groomed trails and nearby attractions including Mount Peyton just a short drive away.
