Located in Portland's scenic Munjoy Hill neighborhood, this small and homey one bedroom apartment is perfectly located. Steps from the beautiful Eastern Promenade park and ocean, and a 15 minute walk to the Old Port and Arts District.
While the building itself is old and a bit forgotten about, our apartment is full of character and we have worked to make it cozy and inviting. We want you to feel at home in our home during your stay in Portland! Pick a book from the shelves to read while you're there, put on a record to listen or dance to, or make yourself an omelet for breakfast with eggs from my mom's farm!
Guests will have access to the entire apartment, and will be free to use the wifi network
Interaction with guests
We'll either meet you at our door with the keys or leave them here for you to let yourself in, and you'll have the place to yourself for the duration of your stay!
Other things to note
We are on the third floor, so keep this in mind when packing heavy suitcases!
We try and live as environmentally friendly as we can, and so we are avid recyclers and composters (we'll show you where the recycling and compost bucket are) and try and throw away as little trash as possible. If our trash can isn't empty, it's because we're waiting until it's full to throw it out :)
I am responsible, friendly, considerate, and trustworthy and keep the apartment clean, and I expect the same from my guests.
I am an Expressive Arts grad student having moved back to my home state of Maine a few years ago. I spent the previous 10 years living across the US and traveling, and am happy to be back on the east coast close to my family. I love woodworking, gardening, biking, reading, cake (any kind, really), and the circus arts. My husband and I are excited to show off this lovely neighborhood and charming city!
