Ever wanted to chuck it all and buy a farm? We did in 2010 and now want to share it with you. The "Dell" sits at the entrance to Double Z Land & Livestock, a working farm owned and operated by The Abbruzzese family. Rolling hills, open fields, and grazing farm animals grace this 75-acre farm. If you want a glimpse of country life, seek to switch up your work-from-home routine, or just want to get away, come take up residence on the farm. If it's lambing season, you might even see some babies ;)

The space
This light-filled, newly built, 3-bedroom residence sits on an edible landscape featuring high-bush blueberries, pear, apple, and peach trees.

The second-story balcony overlooks pasture and corn fields. Watch the sun go down as our flock of Katahdin sheep graze under the watchful eye of Trinity, our guard llama. Grass-fed lamb, chicken, or ready-made beef dinners can be bought on-site to take-home or for immediate consumption.

Because we are a working farm, we are happy to introduce you to the animals or even consider something more immersive like collecting eggs, bucking hay, or moving livestock to fresh grass.
