The unit has a self contained kitchen, living area, two bedrooms, an office space and bathroom. Both beds in the bedrooms are double beds and both rooms contain wardrobes.

All rooms contain beds. Both bedrooms contain wardrobes and air-conditioning.

The living room contains a TV as well as board games if people wish to use them. The living room, also contains two couches and small office at the back.

The kitchen is fully furnished with cups, plates and cutlery. The kitchen also contains a rice cooker, hot plate, electric frying pan, microwave, small oven. Cleaning utensils and liquids are stored under the kitchen.
