A Cape Cod gem. Great spot minutes from all of the best that Dennis has to offer - pristine beaches including Mayflower Beach (consistently rated one of the best on Cape Cod), golf at Dennis Pines and Dennis Highlands courses and year-round restaurants and shopping!

It’s a perfect central location with easy access to the bustling Hyannis where you can board a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket, and just about an hour from Provincetown, the farthest point on the Cape.

The space
3 bedroom, 2 full bath (plus outdoor shower!).

Enter the large, updated kitchen from the deck where you can sit and enjoy a meal or a beverage outdoors in the summer. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you’ll need for a comfortable stay, including a dining table that seats 7. Pass through the kitchen to access the screen porch - an oasis in the Spring, Summer and Fall.

Just off the kitchen/dining area is the spacious living room, with ample seating and a flatscreen TV with Apple TV.

Bedroom 1 - Bunk bed with full bottom bunk and twin top bunk
Bedroom 2 - Queen bed, TV with Roku
Bedroom 3 - King bed with en suite full bathroom, TV with Roku. Also has a queen air mattress in closet.

The home has heat and mini splits that can be used for either heat or air conditioning. There are splits in each of the bedrooms and in the living room.
