Great location, close to the beach and bay! Whether you’re enjoying a family beach vacation, catching an event in Atlantic City, or coming to Brigantine for our famous fishing tournaments, our Brigantine home is for you.
We are 2 blocks to the beach (~7 min walk), 1/2 block to the bay with amazing sunset views and 6 blocks to the city boat ramp. We are also within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bike rentals, Wawa and more.

The space
Our 4-bedroom home has a newly renovated kitchen with seating for 4. (No dining room.) The living room has a comfortable sectional sofa and smart TV to access all your favorite streaming services. (No cable.)
Working remotely? There is a desk in each bedroom.

Tuck the kids away into their own room with twin beds and smart TV to access streaming services. A pack-and-play is also available.
In one of the downstairs bedrooms, there is a door to the backyard.
In the backyard, an outdoor shower (summer only), patio dining and gas grill. The deck box contains beach chairs, a beach wagon and some beach toys.

Whether you're looking to beach comb, bike, shop, go 4-wheeling, fish, surf, boat, birdwatch, experience the excitement of Atlantic City or just enjoy a getaway, you can find it on the island or just a short drive away. Bike rentals are available from "All About Bikes" located 3 blocks away.

*NOTE: As is customary for shore rentals, guests must bring your own sheet sets, pillowcases, beach & bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen linens. Local linen rental services are available: search for Pack Lite and Brigantine Linen Rentals and you'll find a few options.

There is a 2-car driveway and ample street parking. We are just 6 blocks to the city boat ramp and plenty of off-street parking for your boat trailer.
There are 3 steps from driveway to porch and one step into house.

Beach tags are required between Memorial Day-Labor Day. We provide 6 beach tags for you and your guests to enjoy
We do not have cable. We have Smart TVs in the living room and one upstairs bedroom; you can access most streaming services with these.
- Eat-in kitchen accommodates 4 people; no separate dining room. Drip coffee maker.
- Trash day is Thursday morning. Trash cans are on the side of the house.
- No smoking in the house or on the front porch.
- No pets.
- Bike rentals are available from "All About Bikes" located 3 blocks away.
- The pack-and-play is in the closet of bedroom 1.
- LINENS: As is customary for shore rentals, guests must bring your own sheet sets, pillowcases, beach & bath towels, hand towels, and kitchen linens. Local linen rental services are available: search for Brigantine Linen Rentals and you'll find a few options.
- This is a residential neighborhood; quiet hours after 10 pm. This is NOT A PARTY HOUSE. No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals. Unauthorized events or parties will be canceled immediately and removed from property.
- Winter guests: Outside water (hose, shower) is off in the winter.
- Upon departure, leave the house in the same condition you found it, ready to be cleaned and leave the keys in the lockbox.
- Guests must be at least 25 years old. By booking a reservation, guests acknowledge and agree to abide by the listed rental terms and conditions. These can be viewed under policies and rules.
