This amazing two-storey house is located only 10 minutes from Suvarnabhumi Airport. It was purchased and designed in 2018 by owner Antoni Perez and her mother Marie Perez, the architect.
This two-bedroom, two-bathroom home is located in a gated community with security guards 24/7. Convenience stores along the streets, food deliveries readily accessible. Our home gets a lot of sunlight all around.

The space
Terracotta floor tiles all throughout, cuddled by a custom built kitchen, an extra large imported farmhouse dining table seating eight guests, a mosaic tiled bathroom, imported solid wood doors, and teak wood furniture.
There is air-conditioning in all the rooms on both floors.

The kitchen: Smeg Gas Stove and granite kitchen counters. Two refrigerators, one is an extra large four-door refrigerator, and the other is a beverage fridge. Fully equipped with an oven, a microwave, rice cooker, hot water kettle, cooking utensils and kitchenware.
Our home has a water filtration system, filtered drinking water is accessible from the faucet in the bathroom downstairs.

The living room: 55" Smart 4K Television with high speed internet throughout the house. A cozy sofa and and view of the garden. Books and magazines on the wall.

Laundry: Extra large washing machine with two large drying racks and hangers available. Because we get a lot of sun, clothes normally dry within 2-3 hours.

Bedrooms: Fresh linens and towels available. Lots of sunlight with room darkening shades. The bedroom windows are coated with cooling films to reduce heat from the sun. One full bath upstairs, and another full bath downstairs.

Parking: Two cars can be parked inside the gate, but there are tons of parking right outside the house as well.
