Orchard Cottage is a compact log house, situated on the eastern side of the Tenryu river valley with unobstructed views across Komagane to the Central Alps.
...and yes, there is an orchard (apples) in front of and slightly below the cottage.

The cottage was incredible, in an amazing location and walking distance to a lovely soba restaurant. Everything was accurate and sparkling clean, John and his wife were amazing hosts and were very welcoming. If only we could stay longer as 1 night was no where near enough
