The space
House with a grassy and spacious backyard, with a barbecue and dining table in the outdoor area. Great location near Itaguá beach, in the Ubatuba shopping center (5 minutes) and near the Rio-Santos highway. Between 5-10 minutes by car to the beaches of Praia Grande, Tenório and Vermelha do Centro, and Praia do Cedro. And other beaches along the coast after Praia Grande, such as Toninhas, Enseada, Perequê Mirim, Lázaro, etc...

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are en-suites, and another bathroom available for the 3rd bedroom. It also has another bathroom in the barbecue area. All bedrooms have fans. The house has internet and smart TV in the living room, with the best known apps available (Netflix, Youtube)

We also offer a service area with a washing machine, and a grassy backyard with a large patio with a barbecue and dining table, and a garage for two cars.
