New apartment! Christmas 2021 rental. Scheduled for 2 people we tried to arrange a cozy little nest with as much amenities as possible ( washing machine,dressing room)
the 140x200 bed ( semi-firm mattress) is ready upon arrival .
Located on the hill of passy , facing south , we are 1 km from the motorway exit! Starting point for ski resorts ( on average 15 km away) or magnificent hikes all around, we are also 40 min from Annecy and Geneva

Apartment of 30m2 with a very functional living/kitchen area as well as a beautiful bedroom /dressing room which gives access to the bathroom /toilet with washing machine ( towels on request at the time of booking) . Large glass doors let in light ! With veils to enjoy privacy as well as blinds for the night!Small south-facing terrace with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers to soak up the sun
Located in a large house we live on top of it there is on one side the other Airbnb apartment and on the other my hairdresser
