Thank you so much Maria for your wonderful review --but it was so easy with such great guests as you and Kevin!
You did everything right-- from asking lots of questions from the beginning so we both had a clear picture of expectations-- all the way to this very thorough and honest review.
Thank you also for reading all the reviews and not just stopping at the one bad one we just received. The bad review was untrue from beginning to end and we later found out it was a ploy by our "competition" to shut us down--but our mission is clear "the mission of the Casa de Coco is to engage, educate, and inspire a new generation od volun-tourism for the conservation of endangered species through community sustainability initiatives". There is no competition in our mission and when working with endangered species -- instead we need more cooperation since we are all on the same side and peaceful resolutions are necessary. The expected extinction date of the Leatherback is 2025 and we don't have much time left to mitigate as many threats as possible to turn the tide.
Maria, you and Kevin were instrumental in helping with our mission, and all your help here on the island and with the community will be felt for years to come. We are so grateful for all your help, leadership, and friendship!
Please come back soon!
Thank you for saving the turtles!
