Wonderful apartment tastefully furnished, located on the first floor of the
building. It is only a 5-minute walk from the main shopping streets, in
particular Via Mazzini, and other tourist attractions such as Piazza Erbe
and the House of Juliet. The apartment is also very close to bus stops.

The space
The apartment, comfortable and very bright, is located on the first floor of a beautiful 1960 noble palace, equipped with a lift. It consists of a living area and a kitchen with balcony overlooking a beautiful old building.
In the comfortable living room there is a Smart TV with Netflix Premium, Amazon
Prime Video and Youtube.
The kitchen is fully equipped including an induction stove, refrigerator,
oven, microwave, kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, various tools and a table for max. 4 people.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with a queen-size bed perfect for a quality rest after a long day of visits to the artistic
heritage sites of this wonderful city. You can find also a TV with Netflix premium, Amazon Prime Video and Youtube.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine and
hairdryer.
The house is fully heated and is equipped with bed sheets and towels
finely selected.
It has also a Wi-Fi connection with FWA technology, fast and perfect for smart working.
There is an uncovered parking place inside the building suitable for small cars only or people who are able to park in very narrow places. Below the house and along the street there are the municipal
parking places, bounded by blue stripes.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people because there is a
comfortable sofa bed (130x180 cm) and it is the ideal accommodation for families, friends, for religious pilgrimages and business trips.

It is also particularly recommended for couples as it exudes a very
romantic atmosphere.
