Welcome to the MARYLIN, located in the hyper-center of Epernay, Capital of Champagne and 5 minutes' walk to the prestigious Avenue de Champagne. The apartment is located in one of the oldest buildings in the city, which once housed the royal stables of Epernay, and was completely renovated in 2022, while retaining the charm of the old (parquet floor, fireplace). Discover downtown Epernay by strolling through its alleys filled with historical riches like Avenue de Champagne.

The space
Located on the 1st floor, it enjoys great brightness thanks to its south-facing orientation.

The decoration is neat and offers all modern comforts.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, microwave, hobs, fridge with freezer, range hood and all the cooking utensils. A Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster are available.

The living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi.

Bedroom side: A queen size bed (160 x 200) of beautiful thickness (18 cm) as well as a large closet for your clothes. The bed linen and towels are provided.

Convertible sofa bed: Please note that the sofa bed can accommodate 2 people, preferably 1 adult or 2 children.

Bathroom side: hygiene products are provided (shampoo + shower gel) as well as a hair dryer. There's also a washing machine.
All shops and services are close by.

A Carrefour City supermarket is a 1-minute walk away.

• FREE PARKING: Possibility to park for free in a public parking lot close to the apartment ( about 5/6 minutes walk) .

Paid parking is available near the Marylin on Rue de la Fauvette (except after
7 pm and until 9 am the next day and except Sundays and public holidays) or in the underground car park and
secure paid parking in the city centre (located 150 metres away and accessible 24 hours a day).
