Warm throughout winter with geothermal energy and cooled by summer! The cottage does not need gas or oil. The modern and extensively equipped house is located at the foot of the imposing mountains of the Zillertal valley in Fügen. You can expect a comfortable house on 145 sqm on 3 levels. The Spieljochbahn ski lift is about 400 m away. The cottage is at the end of a dead end road. A true haven of peace for your active holiday for up to 8 people plus 1-2 small children.

The space
The holiday residences house 19 and house 21 are located on a shared property and form a "semi-detached house". Both houses are designed exclusively as holiday homes, the protection of your privacy is a big concern for us. The separation between the houses is extremely solid, especially since both houses are arranged offset in height due to the hillside location. House 21 has 3 levels: EG Wohnen-Essen-Kochen, Du-WC, Garderobe, plus 1 bedroom with queen bed, desk, wardrobe; 1st floor 3 bedroom with respective workspace, wardrobe, bathroom with shower, tub, toilet and washing machine; 2nd floor sauna, relaxation, TV, access to the roof terrace, let your mind and enjoy the panorama of the stunning countryside!

Guest access
The cottage is exclusively for our guests. Except for the
Room "housekeeping only", all rooms must be entered. The self-check-in is done via an access code, which we send on the day of arrival.

Other things to note
For your stay, there is an additional tourist tax from the municipality of Fügen of €2.60 (from 12/2024) per night/per guest (from 16 years ). These taxes are collected through Airbnb and paid to the municipality by T&T vacation residences.

In an outbuilding on the property, there is a lockable room for storing the skis and snowboards and in addition, electric heated boot dryers! In the other seasons, this room can be used for storing bicycles and mountain bikes.

On the 3rd floor of the house with sauna and access to the roof terrace, air conditioning was also installed for cooling in the summer next to the geothermal system.
