Giraffe's Bush Villa is an up-market, self-catering gem of a house embedded in the bushland of Marloth Park, Mpumalanga. The villa has large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a flat-screen TV, uncapped WiFi and a large, elevated swimming pool that overlooks parkland. The house boasts top-of-the-range appliances, furniture and linen. No expenses were spared to allow you and your family to enjoy the bushveld in utmost comfort and luxury.

The space
This villa has three main highlights:

1. The elevated outdoor patio where you can enjoy a swim in the large heated pool or a book on the comfortable sun loungers. There is also an outdoor dining area adjacent to the kitchen that boasts solid wood dining table and chairs, a Weber kettle braai and a gorgeous view of the bush panorama across the pool. Finally you can round off your day with drinks in the comforting ambience of the outdoor lounge area and a view of a live fire on the fire pit. This entire area is afforded utmost privacy due to being entirely surrounded by parkland.

2. The palatial open-plan lounge kitchen area upstairs complete with large leather sofas, air-conditioning, massive smart TV with Harman Kardon sound system, tasteful artefacts, dedicated workspace, 10 person dinner table and a full kitchen.

3. The fact that it has separate living areas with two lounges and access to patios and balconies from all bedrooms provides ample space for a large group and guarantees each guest their own space.

Further highlights include two King size beds, large ensuite bathrooms, ample parking space, an exercise bike, a Nespresso machine, an air frier, washing machine and dishwasher and uncapped wifi with a battery backup for loadshedding.

Marloth Park is a wildlife sanctuary situated on the southern boundary of the Kruger National Park, and wild game roam freely between the homes. Buffalo, rhino and lion are confined to Marloth's game reserve "Lionspruit" where as the rest of the game such as Kudu, Zebra, Giraffe, Blue wildebeest, Nyala, Impala, Warthog and plenty more aren't restricted by fences and roam freely between the houses in this 1500 hectare gated community. With the dangerous game restricted you can wildlife encounters on foot that are difficult to find anywhere else in South Africa.

In addition to great game viewing, Marloth Park offers all the basic commodities such as restaurants & bars, grocery store, hardware store, curio shop, liquor store and petrol station within a few minutes drive.

Thanks to guarded gates and several private security companies patrolling the Park, Marloth boasts a very low crime level.
