Cozy and Comfortable! Cozy meaning tiny house. Comfortable meaning 5 recliners, with 3 that rock along with a 50 inch smart TV and Wi-Fi. Located in Sherwood Shores, you will have full access to the house. There is plenty of parking (boat, car and RV)along with a fenced in backyard for privacy. Enjoy outdoor living with a gas grill and a fire pit. Sherwood Shores has its own private beach plus the backyard backs up to Juniper Point State Park, which has boat launches, hiking trails & beaches.

The space
Open floor plan Living room has 5 leather recliners with 3 that rock. Kitchen has large countertop/ breakfast bar with room for 4. Microwave, electric range and full-size refrigerator. Coffee bar includes a Keurig or a full pot. Mater bedroom includes queen bed, night stand, chest of drawers & ceiling fan. 3/4 Bath includes vanity and large walk-in shower. There is also a queen air mattress available with bedding. Rv parking with 30 amp electrical hookup is available and a fenced in backyard with fire pit.

Megastar Casino is just across the bridge- 2 1/2 miles away. Beautiful hiking trails are throughout Juniper Point State Park. This is a destination is popular with avid fisherman and fishing is available right from the shores at Sherwood Shores Park. Boat parking is available at the lake house. Come and enjoy your stay!
