Unwind in the hot tub

This is one of the few places in the area with this amenity.
Immerse yourself in this unique commoning family farm experience, located in the heart of the New Forest. The cottage is self contained within the centre of the farm. Woodland walks, New Forest sightseeing and cycling are on your doorstep. If you are looking for a chilled out holiday then try our luxurious hot tub or put your feet up in front of the cosy log burner or fire pit. A wonderful place to make memories, relax as a couple and have fun as a family.

The space
There is a self contained fully fitted kitchen, relaxing lounge with log burning stove and a dining area. There are some old low beams within the property so you may need to duck a little in places. The main bedroom has an extremely comfortable double bed with fully fitted wardrobes. The second bedroom has a single bed, with cupboards and dressing table. The little ‘den’ bedroom is a great space for children aged 6 and up! It is accessible by ladder style steps to a mezzanine floor, with a single bed and cupboard. ( please bear in mind 5 feet 4 “, is maximum headroom! )
We have a lovely hot tub for you to use during your stay, in order to keep the costs to a reasonable level and for health reasons, we politely ask that your dip is for no more than an hour at a time. Thank you for your consideration with this.

Driving, you have easy access to the M27, A31, for beach trips and other local attractions. Locally there are some beautiful lanes to explore in the New Forest National Park. Bus routes from Cadnam, with open top bus tours during the summer months. Cycling and walking are on your doorstep.

We are pleased to be able to offer our guests the sole use of a wonderful hot tub, perfectly positioned to be able to relax after a busy day sightseeing, walking or cycling.
We would be delighted to offer our guests breakfast boxes, featuring eggs and meat from our own livestock - including eggs, sausages and bacon!

Neighbourhood highlights

The Farm is in the centre of the New Forest, fantastic for walking, cycling, fishing and horse riding (please call for more information if you wish to bring your horse or pony with you!). It is within easy walking distance of four excellent pubs. We are five minutes drive to Lyndhurst, Paultons Park ( Peppa Pig World) , and many Forest attractions, it is close to many beautiful beaches. We are well situated, with easy access to the motorway. The historic cities of Salisbury (15 miles) Winchester (20 miles) Southampton (13 miles), and the market town of Ringwood (11 miles) are all within a 20-30 minute drive as well as Bournemouth (23 miles) with its amazing sandy beaches.

Hi I’m Sarah, married to Andrew, we are farmers and ‘commoners’. I have a grown up son and daughter and a younger step son, who lives with us on the farm. We have cows, sheep, chickens, horses, pigs and dogs! I have recently semi retired from a long career in teaching in Early Years, it is a real pleasure for us to welcome couples and families to the farm.
