Lovely annex in the heart of Freshwater Bay with a large garden.

1-minute walk to the Piano Cafe - serving great breakfast and lunches and Orchards - a local grocery shop. Less than 10 minutes walk to beautiful Freshwater Bay beach and Tennyson Down walks.

10 minutes by car to the pretty Harbourside town of Yarmouth, the Needles and Totland and Colwell beaches. Main supermarket, local fishmonger and butcher and baker just 5 minutes drive away or walkable.

The space
The front door opens into the kitchen space. The main bedroom is made up of 1 double bed and 1 single bed with an en-suite shower room.

There is a separate w/c and small utility space with a washing machine. The main living room has a TV and sofa-bed with double doors opening onto the patio.

The garden is large with garden furniture and a furnished summer-house.
