We're in E15, really close to Stratford, with five different tube lines minutes away.
Our house, which used to be a pub – The Corporation Arms – was built around 1905 and we've retained as many of the original features as possible. The bars are now our living and dining area, which open straight into our kitchen. This in turn looks out into our sheltered, walled garden; not massive, but quite big for London!
We have a large, sunny double room to let, which can be equipped with a cot if you need one.
Our street is quiet, but very well connected. We're close to all tube and rail lines via these tube stations: West Ham, Plaistow, Stratford and Abbey Road, so getting to any part of London is easy and fast – the City in 15 minutes, Waterloo in 20, the West End in 35.
Locally we're close to Westfield, the biggest urban shopping mall in Europe – if that's your thing – and there are good local shops, cafes and pubs which we can point you to.
