Welcome to our lovely, separate entrance walkout basement. Private& Cozy room with bathroom included. Located just 10 minutes from Pearson Airport, great attractions like Woodbine Casino, Racetrack, huge shopping mall, or Park with biking trail along beautiful viewing Humber river all just minutes away. A perfect space for guest wants to stay, relax and enjoy their time while exploring the city, for travelers or short stay between business appointments. Book with us and have a pleasant stay.

The space
Enjoy staying at this spacious and cozy room while in Toronto. This room is one of the three bedrooms that we are renting out to guests. The rooms has a queen sized bed with luxury cotton linens, duvet, TV, closet with mirror.

- Guest shares living room, kitchen, exercise bike, laundry, sunshine deck yard , patio BBQ.
- Guest covered with 1.5 Gb net, smart TV comes with Netflix, Roku, YouTube in the room. We don't have cable channels.
- Complimentary coffee maker, coffee and tea supplies, teapot, fridge.... with necessary dishes, utensils.
And anything you may need for your comfortable living, you can ask us to help you find. We are always eager to help.

Other things to note
-Standard check in time is 3 pm. It can be flexible if you let me know in advance and I will try my best to accommodate if possible. For late check in, please be quiet and respectful of other guests who may be sleeping.
- Standard check out time is 11 am . Late check out is charged $25 per hour. Please let me know in advance for late check out.
- The house is not equipped for children's safety. You are responsible to observe and take care of them during their stay.
- You might hear some noise from my kids on the upstairs and some faint background noises (TV, people talking).
- Only accept people on the check in list ,DOES NOT ACCEPS ANY VISITORS.
- NO PARTIES, NO LOUD MUSIC, NO PETS ALLOWED
- Any smoking , vapor, drugs/ Marijuana are not allowed by anyone staying , anywhere in or outside in the property. Smoking in the house will be charged for cleaning at your expense which is up to CAD 10,000.
-Laundry is shares, locates right outside the room, access is one a week for guests staying longer than 7 days.
- We have dinning table for you and thankyou for NO eating or drinking on the bed.
- Thank you for your kind actions with limited sound from 10 pm to 8 am.
