Each eligible property is issued up to two transferable guest cards to access the recreation fee amenities available in Tahoe Donner. These include swimming pools, tennis courts, marina, beach, and Trout Creek Rec Center. Guest cards only allow for up to four guests per card. Guests are anyone seeking access to amenities over the age of 7. Guest access fees are currently $8 per person per day. Children under 7 are free.

Other things to note
Rent and cleaning fees are taxable as required by law. AirBNB does not provide a line item for tax, and thus tax has been included in the advertised nightly rate, and included in the advertised cleaning fee. The cleaning fee amount also includes the cost of purchasing our non-refundable Damage Waiver.
All guests will be required to sign a Rental Agreement once a reservation is confirmed. This Rental Agreement serves to provide an added layer of protection for both our guests and our homeowners. All AirBNB policies are still upheld.
You are guests in this home. Please enjoy it, and treat it with the same care you would your own home. The number of individuals in the home is not to exceed the number of guests listed on your reservation, or the maximum occupancy of the home, at any time. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Pets are not allowed in or around the home at any time. Please do not play loud music, create noise that can be heard at the property line or engage in disorderly conduct. Consider how you would want visitors to act in your neighborhood back home. Your neighbors need their beauty sleep, especially after 9:00 pm. Our detailed Rental Agreement will be sent to you upon confirmation (or upon request).
