The space
The Villa was built in 1893 and looks back on a long history. In the year 2015, the House was completely renovated and expanded to a new building. The new direction of the apartments are designed on a combination of historical construction with modern and sophisticated design elements. The results are exclusive and luxurious design apartments, which offer a unique ambiance.

The luxurious 115m2, fully furnished penthouse „Festung“ consists of two double rooms, a bathroom with shower and freestanding panorama bathtub invites to linger (hair dryer on site). The toilet and urinal are separately. The spacious open-plan living area offers a large flat-screen TV, HiFi system, DVD &Blu Ray Player. The cozy loft with exceptional views to the "Unterberg" invites you to relax. Pleasurable cooking offers the superbly equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave oven and Nespresso machine incl. starter capsules.
We have also thought of our smallest. The baby package with baby cot, high chair and bottle warmer are available free of charge in the apartment.

Our Salzburg Villa is a home with "Self Check-In". Please note upon arrival it is absolutely necessary that have the sent Pin code, which is noted in your booking confirmation and via sms, with you. At your booking, we kindly ask you to send us your moblie number, which you use during your stay because a few days before your arrival we will send you your personal pin-code via sms. This code replaces the key and opens your apartment during your stay !
The housekeeper is by the hour in the Villa, otherwise she can be reached by telephone only in urgent cases.
