The neighbourhood

The cottage is on the edge of the Somerset Levels, renowned for it's National Nature Reserves which attract birdwatchers from all over the world. We stayed at Ian's Cottage for 3 nights as a distraction for my partner turning 30. We absolutely loved it, so peaceful and relaxing yet incredibly well placed for day trips to both Bath and Bristol. We had everything we needed to be very comfortable while we were there and had 3 very good night's of sleep! Would highly recommend Ian's Cottage

Ian's cottage is in a lovely secluded location. We were left with some very nice basic provisions. Good DVDs too! The cottage is a short walk to the centre of Wedmore which has various shops and tasteful pubs. There are some good walks from Wedmore itself, as well as the village being close to Cheddar and other places of interest. Thank you!

Ian's Cottage is a really charming little cottage, small but perfectly formed. We loved the peaceful countryside location, and Wedmore is a great base for exploring Glastonbury, Cheddar, Wells and the Somerset levels.
