Once a pub, The Star of Brunswick has been transformed into an immaculate apartment with many impressive features including glass flooring in the second bedroom and contemporary décor throughout.
The Star of Brunswick benefits from its own private front door entrance, large open plan living area, two good sized bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor patio area.
As you go in, the bedrooms are on the ground floor. Both bedrooms are of a very good size and one has an en-suite wet room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom provides a zip and lock bed so can be turned into a double or two singles, depending on your preference.
The staircase goes from the front door and down to the living area which has a light and airy lounge with access to a small patio/terrace. To the left is the large kitchen area which is fully fitted with integrated appliances. It also has a dining table and chairs, kitchen breakfast bar.
In addition to the two bedrooms, the sofa in the living area opens out into another double bed, allowing the property to sleep six guests.
It is immaculate throughout with bright white walls and all hi-spec fittings and appliances - you really could move straight in or use as a perfect holiday home.
The Star of Brunswick is a 15- 20 minute walk into the centre of Brighton.
This is a brilliant location as buses run from here to everywhere in Brighton, Hove and the surrounding areas. Both Brighton and Hove shopping centres are within a short walking distance and there is a plenty of independent cafes, bars, delis and restaurants right on the doorstep.
AVAILABILITY / SUITABILITY
There is a two night minimum stay at weekends during the peak season due to high demand, however on occasions we do have the odd night available last minute, so please enquire.
You will be met on arrival by a property manager who will show you around and give you keys.

Other things to note
If you are coming by car, parking permits may be available but please check with the property manager.
We'll also meet you upon arrival to give you keys and show you around.
Pets: If you wish to bring your pet, please ask prior to booking and get the thumbs up. We need to know the type of pet, breed and when it was last vaccinated. Failure to do so and you may be asked to cancel your reservation.
The apartment: We operate a leave it as you find it policy. Please make sure that all washing up is done and put away. Towels are left in the bath and bedding is left on the beds. Please do not wash the linen yourself. Any excessive mess will be classed as an extra clean and will be charged accordingly.
Smoking: No smoking in any part of the apartment. Please go outside where there is a ashtray for the cigarette butts. Please do not throw them and make sure noise is kept to a minimum for our neighbours.
Rubbish: Please take ALL of your rubbish to the communal waste bin which is located on Lansdowne Street. If you come out of the apartment and turn right and right again. The road at the end is Lansdowne Street and the communal bin is on the other side of the road.
Heating & Lights: On arrival you will be shown how to operate the thermostat and where all the lights are. Please turn the heating and lights off if you go out. Please conserve energy. On departure please make sure that ALL are turned off.
Keys: You are issued with two sets of keys for the apartment. On departure please leave one set in the apartment and then lock the door with the other set and post the keys back through the letterbox. If keys are lost or taken by mistake please notify us immediately.
Damage or Noise: Please inform us of any damage to anything in the apartment. If there are complaints regarding noise from neighbours or the Police your security/damage deposit will be at risk.
