The villa is a large private property designed in a modern tropical style utilizing local timber, classic wooden sikat roofing and natural stone flooring. The property has an iconic tropical style of interior design utilizing local handicrafts and the very best in tropical chic. The large living area and kitchen has high ceilings, large table and the marble kitchen bar counter is perfect for entertaining. The villa has 3 double beds and we can arrange an additional single bed for children and we also have a baby cot and play pen and other items for baby and children.

Guest access
The villa is private and guests have exclusive access to the entire space which has high walls and lush gardens offering a unique sense of privacy and discretion. There is a shared parking area and communal walkways from the parking to the villa. We have 24hr security at the front of the property to ensure safety and convenience and there is a manager and staff available during office hours all week.

The villa offers a host of activities and wellness programmes in the property and can be booked in advance with the management team. The team can also assist in travel planning, rentals, ordering provisions and entertainment as well as good local advice and recommendations. A couple of minutes walk through the local village tree lined road brings you into the centre of this small bohemian fishing town where you can enjoy a range of shopping and restaurants. The coastal town of Kuta Lombok is located on the shore of the ocean and the villa is within walking distance of the Mandalika beach. The villa is a short drive to some of the islands best surf spots and kite surfing beaches. Surrounding the town are beautiful hills and farmland that are ideal for walking and admiring the views of the ocean and surrounding peninsula. The town of KUTA and the surrounding areas are rich in traditional Sasak culture and you will often witness traditional weddings and ceremonies similar to that in Bali which historically has a lot of similarities. The surrounding areas are rich in local culture and custom and the local residents are more than happy to welcome and explain the wonderful customs, food and way of life. Kuta is the perfect base for exploring Lombok, its awesome scenery and epic beaches, a 25 Minute drive from the airport Kuta is also the new host of the Mandalika MotoGP Circuit which itself brings a host of extra amenities and experiences to the area.
