About as family-friendly as they come! Park within 10 minute walk on sidewalks to a great playground. Quiet side street with very little traffic. Beautiful hospital a stone's throw away. 3 grocery stores within 5 minute drive. Many restaurants in the area. Aquarium close by and we highly recommend the Museum of Natural Curiosity and other attractions at Thanksgiving Point if you have kids to entertain.
