Sunny, stylish self contained garden annexe with one King size bed. We are located along a peaceful lane 3 minutes walk from West Wittering village with its pub and village shops and a 15 minute walk to the Beach and East Head. A local bus to Chichester runs every 30 minutes.

The space
The spacious bedroom has a 5 foot king size bed with sloping eaves and ensuite shower.
Fairly steep stairs open up into the bedroom.
The south facing downstairs lounge/ kitchenette has french doors looking out across the mature, pretty garden and has a lovely light and airy feel. There is a TV, fridge, microwave/grill, portable 2 ring hot plate, kettle and toaster. THERE IS NO OVEN.
Tea, coffee, milk and essentials are provided.
Breakfast is also available 3 minutes walk away at the nearby Landing Cafe.
The property is in a lovely location with a short walk along the lane to the village shops, pub, Norman church and restaurant. The Beach and Chichester Harbour are a 15 minute walk where you can connect with all the coastal paths and East Head Nature Reserve. Two new public Tennis Courts are available to use in the village. The endless leisure pursuits in the area include kitesurfing, sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, golf and bird watching.
The busy East Wittering (1 mile) has supermarkets, restaurants, pub, pharmacy, hardware, fishmonger and surf shops.
Goodwood (12 miles) is famous for its Horse racing and Car Festivals (Revival and Festival of Speed. Chichester (7 miles) has a Cathedral, Festival Theatre and excellent shops and restaurants. Portsmouth and Arundel are within 30 minutes drive.
A well behaved dog lives on the property.

We love living in West Wittering and my husband Steve and I spend our time sailing, walking, playing golf and travelling. Due to Covid we have had family members living in the Annexe. We are now able to welcome guests back.
