-Trash day is Friday morning, ( recommended bringing trash bins out Thursday afternoon/night, one foot from inside the curb on the left side of driveway when you face the street. Please don’t block the driveway.

-laundry in the garage is the only shared space with cleaning crew.

-The other room is rented separately and nothing is shared.

-All the furnishings should stay in place as found,no displacement.

-This is a 31 day minimum stay.

-Respect quiet ours 10pm -7am as per city ordinance

-By booking you agree to follow all the house rules and be responsible for any damage to the property.
