The self contained little abode is located in the back of the garden. Entry is via the side gate and across the yard.
The ‘Main’ beach is 5 mins drive. We are located 3 mins walk to ‘Marketplace’ Woolies, BWS, chemist, laundry, doctors, KFC, Chinese takeaway, Subway, post office and nail parlour.
I have chooks in their run, 2 x cats, a Groodle puppy and a 13 year old son. I’m a teacher , chef and masseuse and can offer a massage and food platters with notice.

The space
I bought this house over a year ago and slowly bringing it into the year 2022, so there will be constant changes and I’ll update the photos as we go.
Your space is independent. However we are sharing the same back yard and interaction is very possible. To access the little abode you have to walk around the house and through the back gate at this stage until I create an entrance through the garage.

Refuel after a big day out on the water with a bite at one of the town's popular eateries, burger joints or cafes. Head to nearby Oakdene Vineyard restaurant for some of the best cuisine on the peninsula and try out Mr Grubb, the onsite cafe with a family vibe.

Hi, I'm Julie, I'm originally from North London, lived in New Zealand for 13 years and have now been in Australia for nearly 9. I love Melbourne! We moved to Ocean Grove just over a year ago and I’ve been slowly renovating the place.
I'm a teacher, and a chef, and a Swedish masseuse. You will have your own small private self contained unit in the garden. The space is just up and running so it’s work in progress. We have chooks, two cats, a new puppy and I live with my 13 year old son. We will have an option for kids to camp in the garden once we set up a BBQ area.
