THE SPACE:
This one-bedroom condominium unit at the Maui Vista resort in the sought-after Building 1 closest to the ocean, features clean decor that is modern and comfortable. Furnished inside the condo are amenities such as: granite countertops in the kitchen and bath; cool tiled floors in living room; laminate wood flooring in bedroom; California king-size bed with side tables and air conditioner and lamps in the bedroom and living room; new sofabed and tables in the living room along with a large flat-screen smart TV with streaming internet apps and channels. For your convenience there is a washer/dryer inside of the condo. Provided in the kitchen is a wide variety of silverware, dishes, plates, cups, glasses, mugs, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, bakeware and cookware. Kitchen appliances including refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and range with oven and cooktop. Small appliances include a toaster, coffee maker, blender, and crock pot. Wall-to-wall tiling throughout the living room and bathroom spaces. There is an air conditioner in the living room in addition to one in the bedroom, plus a ceiling fan in the living room.

A set of bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and beach towels are provided as well as a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, toilet paper, and paper towels. Also included are two beach chairs and an igloo cooler.

This is a fun place to get away for singles or couples to enjoy while relaxing and entertaining during a fun-filled stay on Maui!

The Maui Vista resort in South Kihei is a gem of a condominium complex offering an outstanding location just one short block from world-famous Charley Young Beach which is the gateway to the Kamaole string of beaches. The grounds of the property feature lush tropical plantings and majestic tall tropical trees surrounding three multi-story stucco buildings.

The condominium property is located directly on South Kihei Road one block away from Charley Young Beach. Nearby Cove Park Beach, also located nearby less than two blocks away, is a calm inlet in the ocean that hosts the premier destination in Kihei for both beginner and skilled surfers and paddleboarders alike. Within a few additional blocks away walking distance past Charley Young Beach are other scenic sections of the string of the three world-famous Kamaole Beaches.

Also located next to Cove Park Beach across the street one block away is Kalama Park, which has jogging trails, barbeque areas, covered pavilions, volleyball courts, tennis courts, basketball courts, baseball fields, outdoor skating rink, and skateboard park. Kalama Park also hosts on occasion fairs such as Whale Day and Earth Day. Each of these popular neighborhood fairs features parades, educational booths, food vendors, and craft sales.

Also within short walking distance is local grocery store Foodland plus a wide variety of restaurants and bars and shops to choose from. Additional beaches in Wailea or Makena, and shopping at The Shops of Wailea are just minutes driving distance away. Public transportation also is convenient for riding to Wailea, Makena, or further away to Maalaea, Kahului, or Lahaina

La Perouse Bay, which features an impressive landscape dominated by Maui's 500-year-old lava flow, is also a great drive to take when driving past the resort areas of Wailea and Makena.

The standard check-in time frame is 4 PM and later, and the standard check-out time is by 11 AM, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

CHECKING IN
Checking in is easy breezy for this condominium as you'll simply let yourselves in using your entry code any time after the check-in time on your check-in day. There is an electronic keypad on the front door to the condo, so there are no keys to pick up or drop off. After arrival, guests do need to register either with the front office during business hours, or with a security person on property, and pick up a free parking pass for any vehicle the guest is parking on property.

KEY FOR POOL AREA
There is a key inside the condo provided to access the pool areas. That key needs to be left inside the condo after the guest stay is completed.

CHECKING OUT
Checking out is equally effortless: guests are free to simply depart at any time prior to the standard 11 AM check-out deadline on their final day.
Guests are requested to tidy up the condo prior to checking out. Departing guests are requested to notify the host that they have checked out, so the host knows when it is okay the enter the condo and prepare it for future guests.
