The space
The Falls was built in 1960 and is an architectural masterpiece. Its design features a curved beam roof structure inspired by traditional Japanese architecture, floor-to-ceiling windows, and terraces in every room. This indoor-outdoor living concept seamlessly integrates the house with the surrounding nature, which continues to be a favorite feature among guests.

The interiors showcase iconic mid-century modern and contemporary art and design pieces. Every element of the house has been thoughtfully curated to create a harmonious experience for the senses.

Located just 1.5 hours from NYC, The Falls provides a true escape while still being close to amenities. Guests can meditate while gazing into the forest or explore the grounds through hiking trails. Relaxation options include a hot tub, swimming pool, and a cozy fireplace in the living room equipped with a full surround sound Sonos system for enjoying music.

Nearby attractions include museums and galleries such as Dia: Beacon, Storm King, and Magazzino. There are also hiking trails, farms, and excellent restaurants in Beacon, Cold Spring, Fishkill, and Wappingers Falls. Additionally, Adam's Fairacre Farms offers one of the best grocery markets in the Hudson Valley.

**Guest access**

Guests have access to the entire villa, except for a few closets.

Pool: Open from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend only. Not heated, but remains warm in summer. Hot tub open year round.

**Other things to note**

Please note that the house is only safe for toddlers under continuous direct supervision. Responsibly-aged children should be monitored. Guests are responsible for supervising children and ensuring their safe behavior on the decks and the property. Parties and commercial activities are not allowed. Pets are not permitted.
