Super family friendly location. Located across from two amazing parks. Lone Peak park, which has a playground, skate park, pavilions and a walking path. Also located next door to dimple dell park that contains more than 15 miles of unpaved trails. Centrally located for both Cottonwood canyons Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, and Brighton less than 20 min away. Cute house with tons of parking and full kitchen.

The space
The house is older so it does have an issue right now with the water. The pipes are steel so there is a bit of discoloration for the first couple of seconds in the shower.

There is a state-of-the-art water filter that provides the kitchen with its water. The water comes out looking a little bit cloudy. This is the result of the water supply from the city being pressurized. They are micro-air bubbles. If you let the water sit for 15 seconds all of the cloudiness will disappear.
