This is a truly stunning apartment! Situated in the heart of Southbank where you are a moments walk from the action. As roomy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests.

The space

This is a truly stunning apartment! As roomy as a house with high quality modern fittings and furniture, it will not disappoint even the most discerning guests. Start with the ultra comfortable couch, matching dining setting and huge TV and a fully appointed gourmet lovers kitchen - equipped with everything you could possibly need. Free wifi internet too.

The master bedroom is in its own corner with beautiful views and is completely separate. It has a great walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling windows. The bed is your choice of a king or two singles (subject to timing of booking request).

The other two bedrooms are very large, with floor to ceiling windows and excellent views of their own. The beds are your choice of a king or two singles (subject to timing of booking request). They share a lovely bathroom.

Within the building, there is a stunning indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor tennis court and barbecue facilities that guests may use.

Undercover parking for one vehicle is available within the building and is included in the price. Maximum height clearance is 2.1m. Additional car parks may be available for an additional fee.

Additional guests are accommodated on fold-up beds.

Four (4) sets of keys are available for the convenience of your group.

You will need to provide own linen for portacot usage.

From time-to-time we move our art and decorative features around, or they are bought by guests. This could be art, statues, sculpture, rugs etc.... Therefore some variations to art and decorative features may be experienced.

Interaction with guests

I don't, only when they request interaction, ie. directions to somewhere, or sightseeing advice etc...

Other things to note

PLEASE NOTE: Bookings of less than 4 nights covering a Fri, Sat, special events, public holiday or public holiday eve, will only be considered within the month prior. Unless a greater nightly minimum is specifically mentioned for specific nights, such as Australian Open Tennis, Grand Prix, Premier League Soccer and Spring Racing Carnival to name a few, where a 5 night minimum applies. Any one or two night stay will incur an additional $50 surcharge. Any single night weekend stay will incur a 30% loading.

If you have a large group and need multiple apartments in the same building/vicinity please advise.

Standard Terms and Conditions of Temporary Holiday Accommodation

Note: Variances can be agreed on but only by arrangement with the owner in writing.

To maintain a good standard for our guests we require certain conditions to be complied with. We appreciate most will respect our property but the occasional abuse requires that we state the following conditions.

NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere inside the apartment or on the balcony.

Number of guests should not exceed the number stated on the Confirmation Notice or subsequently agreed in writing or email. Fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the owners in advance.

Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged is for domestic use only and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for the extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this may result in loss of your bond, eviction and/or additional payments.

Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss are the tenants responsibility during their stay.

Departure - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Loss - the owners take no responsibility for the tenant's personal property.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the owner in writing.

The property was everything we wanted, and as described in the listing. There were no disappointments. The host was very welcoming and accommodating. The property itself is in a superb location; whether required for business (close to major roads) or for sightseeing (nearby the famous Southbank and Melbourne CBD) this property would suit all. The building itself is very nice and has easy access.

Tony was very welcoming and the house has great views across the river. Any issues the did arise were swiftly fixed by Tony. The location is super great access to the M1 and Southbank, you can go wrong!!
