Want to live in the countryside yet new, fresh and with high accommodation standards? Just outside Åsarp with unobstructed location is this newly built, nice apartment that was ready -21. The apartment is located on the second floor of a garage/storage building on the plot. The accommodation is good for an overnight stay or maybe as a base if you want to visit the surroundings in Falbygden - north and in Ätradalen- south. The nature location provides peace and quiet while being only 600 meters to the nearest grocery store located centrally in the village!

The space
The accommodation consists of a larger room with kitchen area, lounge area with two large sofas and a sleeping area with double bed. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower as well as a smaller bedroom with bunk bed. When you stay here includes towels, sheets and final cleaning. and in the kitchen you will find most of what is needed for cooking and baking as well as coffee, tea etc.

The plot has an unobstructed location just next to a cow pasture where there are exercise trails with electric lights. The old railway embankment that now serves as a bike path passes by outside. The bike path leads north towards Falköping 18 km and south towards Ulricehamn 30 km. In winter, when the weather allows, there are often nice ski tracks along the old railway embankment Åsarp-Tree, about 4 km long. Possibility to book a paddle ball court is about 200 meters away.
