Welcome to our newly renovated basement studio apartment with a separate entrance!

This comfy space comes fully equipped with all of the furnishings, appliances, and little details you’ll need to enjoy your stay. While nestled on a quiet street, this unit is just minutes away from Mooney’s Bay beach, the Rideau River, Carleton, the airport, and is just a 10 min drive or bike to everything else.

My husband Blake and I run this Airbnb together, and we hope you enjoy this city as much as we do!

The space
Being frequent Airbnb guests ourselves, this space has been thoughtfully designed with your comfort and needs in mind.

* PARKING: Residential street parking on Marble Crescent.

* BEDDING: 1 comfortable queen-sized bed, 1 double pull-out sofa-bed, with extra blanket options for those who sleep hot and sleep cold.

* BATH: Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryer.

* KITCHEN: Our kitchen comes comes fully equipped with everything you need to fix yourself a tasty meal for a cozy night in: 2 induction stovetops, a toaster oven, microwave, plus some kitchen staples (i.e. cooking oil, basic spices), pots, pans, and all the utensils you’ll need (AKA, if you accidentally bring home a corked bottle of wine, we’ve got you covered!)
For your breakfast, we supply a toaster, kettle, and French press with complimentary coffee, cream and sugar.

* ENTERTAINMENT: Smart TV includes Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Video, plus board games and books.

* HEATING: The unit has forced air heating and an optional space heater to keep you toasty

* LAUNDRY: In-unit laundry and detergent is made available to keep your stay fresh. Iron and ironing board included.

* WORK STATION: If you need a change of scenery to keep you focused during this crazy time, take advantage of our work station with upgraded internet, a dedicated router with ethernet connection and power bar.
