This newly done, modern, 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect spot to relax with family, enjoy a lakefront bonfire, or hit the frozen lake for ice fishing or snowmobiling.

In the summer, unwind with a glass of wine while watching the kids play on the beach or take a walk along the lake

In the winter, snowmobiling, ice fishing & snowshoeing are at your fingertips. Hop in the cedar sauna relax after a day on the lake

The space
This spacious, 3 bedroom cottage with loft comes equipped with everything you need for a relaxing getaway!
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need including dishes, pots and pans, wine glasses and bakeware.

Start your morning off with complimentary coffee while you enjoy the sunrise over Lake Winnipeg. The dining area features large windows or enjoy the 3 season sunroom that overlooks the backyard, firepit, new cedar sauna and the lake.

The living area is complete with an electric fireplace, a Smart TV (wifi included), comfy furniture, a foosball table and board games.

The main level, has 2 bedrooms- each with a queen bed and the main bathroom.

The upstairs loft features a queen bed, a single daybed, half bath and TV.
The perfect spot for the kids to hang out!

While the cottage is located in a quiet neighbourhood, there are many amenities close by.
Winnipeg Beach and Sandy Hook both offer year round dining and take out. Or take the short 5 minute drive to Gimli for dining, the movie theatre or to pick up firewood or visit the local grocery stores.

Sandy Hook is a quiet neighbourhood, just North of Winnipeg Beach and just South of Gimli.

Enjoy biking, swimming, snowmobiling, ice fishing, snow shoeing or cross country skiing all right outside the front door or within a short 10 minute drive of the cottage.

Winnipeg Beach and Sandy Hook provide gas stations, restaurants, ice cream, and take out pizza.
Enjoy the Winnipeg Beach Boardwalk, green spaces, playgrounds, boat launches, snow mobile access, cross country ski trails or the Winnipeg Beach Provincial Park.

Gimli is located just 5 minutes North of the cottage where guests can stop at the grocery stores, pick up any forgotten essentials, enjoy an ice cream treat by the beach, visit the many restaurants for dinner or take in all the local shops.
