Located in the exclusive area of Atalaia, this luxury property is set on the small condominium of Quinta da Atalaia, a select development of just 12 townhouses. The condominium is secure with electric entrance gates and boasts a stunning, large communal pool with excellent sun exposure and private tennis court/5-aside football pitch set amongst landscaped semi-tropical gardens.

The space
The accommodation is of the highest quality with contemporary fixtures. Comfortable living & dining room with large patio doors which open up to a large covered terrace with BBQ area. The terrace leads directly through the large garden & down to the pool. Also on the ground floor is a shower-room.

Upstairs can be found the double bedroom, twin bedroom (with zip and link beds to be arranged as either 2 singles or a large double), and a bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and shower fitting. The 2 bedrooms are spacious with built in wardrobes and the double with terrace giving breathtaking views over the countryside to the sea. From this terrace is a spiral staircase leading to the private roof terrace, perfect for sunbathing or taking in the fabulous views.
