This was a fantastic place to stay for ACL. It was a 15 min walk to zilker Park. It was a 10 min uber ride to most other areas you would want to get food or go out in. The house is great for a large group of people with a lot of great common spaces. We loved it here and would highly recommend it.

Great place for the ACL Music Festival! The home has a peaceful vibe and is located on a secluded and wooded hill. We enjoyed our coffee every morning while sitting in the screened in patio.

This house was good for accommodating 7 of us and our black lab this weekend in Austin. It's tucked away but still close to Ladybird Lake, Zilker Park, and downtown. We saw deer, armadillos, and heard all kinds of creatures during our stay! Very easy communication between host and the drinks in the fridge were much appreciated :)

Response from Jennifer:
Even I haven't gotten to see an armadillo. (I know they visit though because they dig little holes in my lawn.) Thank you for choosing us to host your group Alyson. You are welcome any time!

This home was the perfect size and fit for our group! Very close to the city but feels very secluded. Very modern kitchen and bathrooms. Loved the large dining room table that made for a great game table when we encountered a little rain. Close river access where we rented SUPs. Definitely recommended!

Jennifer was a great host and her house was the perfect spot for our SXSW experience. We knew it would be a bit outside of town, but getting a cab/shared ride was never an issue. The house decor is funky - a mix of mid century modern and family collectibles. Jennifer offered a blow up mattress for another guest, which made the nightly price very reasonable. We didn't use much in the kitchen, but it sure did look beautiful! The kombucha, beer, and sparking water were all great perks for the team.

Great experience. Jennifer made us feel welcome as guests in her home. We really appreciated the authentic character of her home and the recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Felt like we escaped to a quiet camp every night!

We had a group of 8 that came in from various cities for ACL, and the house worked out perfectly for us with the space available and proximity to the park for the festival. It's a lovely home with great character and very nice, updated finishes. Also located in a beautiful neighborhood, and feels private/ secluded even though you're super close to everything! Jennifer was very responsive during our stay and made check-in / out super easy. She even offered to come set up the new air bed that arrived on our first day for us, and had also provided local bike rental info when I inquired before our trip. Very positive experience overall, and we'd definitely stay there again when visiting Austin in the future.
