Apartment has low beams so if your a pretty tall person you will need to be cautious. There is a tenant renting downstairs please be courteous when it comes to noise levels.
Breezeway is entrance to both studio and main house so will bump into each other coming and going occasionally.

During your stay

My husband and I live on property and are pretty much available all the time unless out of town. Love to visit and get to know new people however know some guests like there space. And again we do share access through a breezeway to living spaces.
