Casa Prada is a dream 7.5 room (5 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom) maisonette that leaves nothing to be desired. There is plenty of space for relaxation for the whole family and friends with a double height living and dining room plus a TV and Bar room and a separate playroom. The space
Casa Prada is a luxurious chalet in the mountains with space for the whole family and friends. One of three apartments in the chalet building, this is a double height 2 floor maisonette-chalet. From the underground car park you walk pass the ski room and straight to the lift which takes you to the 2nd floor apartment. Here is the dream 7.5 room (5 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms) maisonette which leaves nothing to be desired. The property has been exclusively equipped and designed with privacy and comfort in mind. There are 3 ensuite double bedrooms with two whirlpool bath tubs. The remaining 2 bedrooms come with bunkbeds and have direct adjoining bathrooms. In total the chalet can accommodate up to 15 persons.

The double space height in the main living and dining area creates an impressive atmosphere in this dream apartment and the adjoining high-end kitchen contains every culinary accessory desired.

There is a separate bar and TV room for the adults to be entertained while on the second floor there is a large playroom area with toys for children of all ages as well as a smart TV and games console. Here is children's paradise! Throughout the apartment is a network of high speed internet.

Directly accessible from three sides, there is a wrap around terrace where one can enjoy the beautiful and uninterrupted views of the surrounding mountains with an outdoor dining table and relaxing chairs to enjoy excellent sunbathing in this south-west facing chalet.

One of the biggest highlights of this property is the addition of a BRAND NEW GYM AND CINMEA ROOM in the basement as well as a separate wellness sauna area.

Behind the property is a large private garden for the three chalet buildings in the area which includes a firepit BBQ for the warmer months.

A leisurely 10 mins walk through the forest path you arrive at the centre of Laax Murschetg lift station which takes you directly to the top of the mountain. This area, also known as the Rock’s resort, is buzzing all year round full of shops, bars and restaurants. The ski school is based here in the winter and converts to a summer camp for the little ones in the warmer months. This chalet is close enough to easily enjoy all these amenities but far away enough to enjoy the tranquillity and mountain views.

The Flims Laax Falera area boasts 224 kilometres of slopes, 5 snow parks and 28 ski lifts, 70% of those are situated at an altitude of between 2,000 and 3,000 metres, which makes this region one of the most reliable winter sports regions in the world to find snow. During the summer months, the region offers excellent hiking and biking as well as relaxation around the many bathing lakes in the region.
