The space
This modern and luxurious apartment is located in the prestigious Mennica Residence building in Warsaw. The property is located in the heart of the capital, 1 km from the Palace of Culture and Science.
The fast-growing Wola neighborhood caters to all everyday needs with
numerous shopping and dining points. The apartment building has restaurants and bars, and many other food spots in the area. The nearest supermarket is across the street (200m).
The apartment is a great starting point for exploring Warsaw. The Warsaw Uprising Museum and the iconic shopping center Złote Tarasy are a 15-minute walk away. The neighborhood also has great access to other neighborhoods: the nearest subway station, Rondo UN, is 650 m from the apartment, and there are many bus stops on the adjacent streets. The Old Town is just 15 minutes away by public transit. An even faster and more environmentally friendly alternative is the city's bike rental, which is located next to the Warsaw Uprising Museum.
Guest access
Guests can enjoy all the amenities available in the apartment, both coffee, tea, etc. prepared for them, as well as the equipment of the apartment. We provide fresh bed linen and towels in the hotel standard.
On request, we provide a portable baby cot.

Other things to note
We offer breakfast. Breakfast served at the café next door from 7:30-11:30. The cost of the breakfast set is PLN 45/person.
Extending the check-out time to 13:00 is associated with a fee of PLN 50.
Check-out after 13:00 is subject to a fee for the next full day.
We issue VAT invoices for the stay.
Parking in the underground garage is additionally paid in the amount of PLN 80 per day (the place must be reserved before arrival to have a parking space guarantee).
The cost of accommodation for a pet is PLN 50 per night for one .
We kindly ask you to observe the House Rules, mainly in terms of maintaining the silence of the night from 22:00 to 6:00 (absolute ban on organizing parties after 22:00) and the ban on smoking in the apartment.
Each violation of the regulations results in the commencement of the collection process by the booking portal and the collection of the deposit.
