You can easily walk to the Rose Bowl or take a short drive to Old Town or downtown LA. The 1920s Spanish home with modern day amenities is yours for a memorable vacation.

EV charger, garage and gated driveway. Large outdoor areas with BBQ, Spa, Pool & fire pits (pool can be gated as requested). There are bikes available to ride around town as well as a Peloton, free weights, yoga mats, resistant bands, Bosu ball and additional equipment (Pool is heated from May to October).
