This apartment is on the second floor by stairs and overlooks the heart of the block, which makes it very quiet despite its central location.
It is bright and receives sun all day long: in the morning in the living room and in the afternoon in the bedroom. ☀️

It is fully furnished for you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. It's my home, and I love every corner of it, which I decorated with love. I hope your time here allows you to enjoy it as much as I do, and that you help me take care of this little home in La Plata. 🌿

The bedroom has a single bed and a desk, ideal for working or studying. If you need it, there is also a printer available.
The bathroom is one of my favorite spaces, perfect for relaxing with a shower or a bath. 🛁
You also have a laundry room, washing machine, ironing board, and iron.

The dining room connects with the living room and the integrated kitchen, equipped with everything you need.
I am an academic, and many of my books were left in the libraries: you can consult them, I just ask you to return them to their place. 📚
