Our beloved little A-Frame has been a special place for our family for over 45 years. Located in the foothills of the Wasatch mountains near the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon, our property has direct access to 630 acres of natural land that features over 15 miles of trails for hiking & biking. 20 minute drive to Alta & Snowbird, 25 minutes to downtown SLC, and 30 minutes to Brighton & Solitude. Come experience the good vibes and create some of your own.

The space
The little A-frame is an open loft-style home with a single queen bed in the loft. It has been home to many lovers and ski-bums, oftentimes both. It is a detached unit and is seperate from the main house which offers privacy for its tenants.
