In the heart of the fortified village of St Martin, our house has been classified 2 stars by the Saint Martin de Ré Tourist Office, which guarantees the quality and comfort of our accommodation.
The house and its garden enjoy an excellent location in the heart of the village, between the church and the marina, a few meters from shops and restaurants. Enclosed garden in a typical and flowery alley often photographed on postcards.

Our house of about 79 m2 is located in an alley, with a 150 m2 enclosed garden protected from the winds, in the heart of Saint Martin; its location is unique since it is located a few steps from the pedestrian streets, and very close to the marina and the church. You can do all your shopping on foot, the covered market is nearby.
Tranquility and calm assured, which surprises many vacationers who have noticed!
The house consists of a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom, a relaxation room with small living room and upstairs, two adjoining bedrooms more suitable for a family with children.

Laundry room separate from the house to avoid the noise of the washing machine.

Pretty flower garden with covered area where you can store your bicycles.
Barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers, parasol are at your disposal.
Our house is very simple but pretty, with everything you need to make your stay successful.

Guest access
House and garden are entirely reserved for vacationers; we sometimes pass through the garden to water the plants.
No pets allowed.
