Kirwan is a central suburb of Townsville. 8.4 kms from both Major Private and Public Tertiary Hospitals and JCU University.

It is safe quiet and family friendly with everything close at hand.

You can drive, bike, walk or use public transport to access Shopping Centers, Taverns, Cafes, a night club and Small Restaurants that are all minutes away from each other and my home.

It is also home to Ross River Park on beautiful Ross River which includes a Football and Cricket Stadium, Lagoons, Art Gallery and Barbeque facilities.

Cannon Park Entertainment Center with Readings Cinema is also minutes away.
